Rose Manor Update

Rose Manor is progressing well through it's first stage with earthworks due to be completed by early November and hopefully titles will be through in December. To date all underground services are in, curb and channeling has been laid with footpaths, roading and landscaping progressing.  Sales are going well with limited sections in the first stage still available.
